Hushio Terms of Use

These notes explain how to use Hushio: Sleep Sounds Mixer. The app license is governed by Apple's Standard End User License Agreement, including its rules on permitted use, warranties and liability.
Using Hushio
Hushio is an iPhone sound mixer with a sleep timer for iOS 17 or later. It is for relaxation and enjoyment. Hushio is not a medical product. We promise no particular sleep or health result. Listen at a comfortable volume and stop if it causes discomfort.
Apple sign-in is optional; Not now lets you continue. Smart Mix and saving mixes require an active Hushio Pro subscription; a trial counts. You can save up to 200 mixes. Use the app within Apple's license rules and do not bypass access or usage limits.
Smart Mix is optional, requires your permission, and has request and usage limits. It can make mistakes or use a simpler on-device fallback when unavailable or limits are reached. Review the sounds and volume before listening. Data handling is explained in our Privacy Policy.
You must be 13 or older to use Hushio.
Subscriptions and cancellation
- Hushio Pro offers annual and monthly plans. Eligible new annual subscribers get a 3-day free trial; the monthly plan has no trial. Apple's purchase screen shows the price, billing period and eligibility before you confirm.
- Apple handles payment; RevenueCat helps manage access. After a trial, Apple charges the annual price shown at purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends or the next renewal to avoid the next charge.
- Manage or cancel in iPhone Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Hushio. Refund requests go to Apple and follow Apple's rules. You can restore purchases from the paywall or Hushio Settings. Family Sharing is off.
- Deleting Hushio or your account does not cancel a subscription. Cancel it separately with Apple.
Sounds, availability and contact
Sound credits and license notices are available in the app. CC0 recordings and other third-party materials keep their own license terms. Hushio is not available in EU App Store storefronts at launch.
